Reply STOP to any text message from us, or switch texts off in your app account.

Every optional email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and your mail app's Unsubscribe button works too. Or switch email off in your app account. Sign-in links, receipts, agreements, what we need from you on an advocacy file and replies to your messages are not marketing, and they keep coming while your account is open.

Sign in and open Settings. It lists everything we send and lets you switch off whatever you do not want, across both email and text.
